Each Wedding is unique and different in its own way. So many factors come into play when the planning process begins. During your consultation, we will discuss all that you desire to see implemented to create your Magical day and put together a special customized package that will fit your budget. Our Services

Full Time Planner

I offer a FREE one-hour consultation.

An email confirmation of all that was discussed during the consultation will be sent to you.

Unlimited access to me via text, email, and phone.

Up to 20 hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process.

Research of Wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections.

Attendance at each vendor appointment of your choice.
-
Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the Wedding Day.

Coordination of your Ceremony Rehearsal the day prior to your Wedding.

Assistance in development of a Wedding Day Itinerary.

Create and provide schematics of the Ceremony and Reception set up to all Vendors.

Directing services on the Wedding day.

Provision of complete wedding emergency kit.

Personal management of the Wedding Day Itinerary, Vendors and the Wedding Party.

In addition to the above, I am available to assist in decorating the Venue for the Ceremony and Reception.

Breakdown of all personal Decor and items`at the Venue.

Month Coordinator

Unlimited access to me via text, email, and phone.

Up to 3 planning sessions including two walkthroughs at the Venue.

Review of Vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 1-2 weeks prior to the Wedding Day.

A detail of the Timeline and event production schedule.

Coordination of your Ceremony Rehearsal the day prior to your Wedding.

Oversee the setup of the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception.

The direction of the Bridal Party throughout the Wedding day.

On-site management and coordination of all Wedding Vendors.

Rehearsal Dinner
THE REHEARSAL DINNER!
So much can be involved in selecting that perfect place that provides an atmosphere of fun and a menu that will fit your pallet and budget. This night is the kick-off to what will be an amazing weekend. For an additional fee, I can plan and organize this special evening for you and your guests.
